Preise
Sie können bei uns von 35€ bis 60€ pro Person/Nacht übernachten zuzüglich Endreinigung und Ortstaxe (diese ist vor Ort zu bezahlen). Kinder bis 12 Jahren erhalten Ermäßigungen.

Mindestaufenthaltsdauer Hauptsaison
In den Hauptsaisonen ist eine Mindestaufenthaltsdauer von 5 Tagen vorgesehen.

Parken
Parkplätze stehen Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Guestpass

Anzahlung & Stornierung
Pro wöchentlichen Aufenthalt ist eine Anzahlung von 100€ vorgesehen welche bei Stornierung einbehalten werden.

An- & Abreise
Sie können ab 14 Uhr Ihre Ferienwohnung beziehen. Am Abreisetag bitten wir Sie die Wohnung bis 10 Uhr zu verlassen.

Haustiere
Da wir unser Haus asthmagerecht halten möchten, sind Haustiere leider nicht erlaubt. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis.

I prezzi
Potete soggiornare da noi da 35€ a 60€ a persona/notte più pulizia finale e tassa di soggiorno (da pagare in loco). I bambini fino a 12 anni ricevono uno sconto.

Soggiorno minimo in alta stagione
In alta stagione è richiesto un soggiorno minimo di 5 giorni.

Parcheggio
Il parcheggio è disponibile gratuitamente.

Guestpass

Deposito e cancellazione
È richiesto un deposito di 100 € per soggiorno settimanale, che verrà trattenuto in caso di cancellazione.

Arrivo e partenza
Potete trasferirvi nel vostro appartamento a partire dalle ore 14.00. Il giorno della partenza vi chiediamo di lasciare l’appartamento entro le ore 10.00.

Animali domestici
Poiché desideriamo che la nostra casa sia a misura di asma, purtroppo non sono ammessi animali domestici. Chiediamo la vostra comprensione.

Price List & Info

Prices
You can stay at our house from 35€ to 60€ per person/night plus final cleaning and tourist tax (payable locally). Children up to the age of 12 receive a discount.

Minimum stay in high season
A minimum stay of 5 days is required during peak seasons.

Parking
Parking is available free of charge.

Guestpass

Deposit & Cancellation
A deposit of 100€ per weekly stay is required and will be retained in the event of cancellation.

Arrival & Departure
You can move into your holiday flat from 2 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the flat by 10 am.

As we would like to keep our house asthma-friendly, pets are unfortunately not allowed. We ask for your understanding.
